Design battery enclosures based on available space in engine bay and trunk
Fabricate steel battery boxes from 3mm sheet — weld seams fully
Order or fabricate custom motor adapter plate to match flanges
Measure original bell housing dimensions precisely
Select motor type: PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous) or AC induction
Clean engine bay thoroughly for inspection and measurements.
Remove clutch pedal assembly and hydraulic lines.
